Terms of purchase and Cancellation policy

General

By booking or purchasing tickets for events, courses, concerts or treatments with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These conditions are designed to create clarity and security for both you as a customer and us as an organizer.

Audio tours / Events

The purchase is binding. When you buy a ticket for our Audio Tours or other events, the purchase is final and is not subject to the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act (for timed events).
The ticket is not personal. If you are unable to attend, you have the right to transfer your ticket to someone else. It is your responsibility to inform that person of the details of the event.
Cancelled or rescheduled event. If an event is canceled or moved to a new date, you will be offered to keep your ticket for the new date or receive a full refund of the ticket cost (any service fee may be waived).
Minor changes to the program or the layout may occur and are not eligible for a refund.

Courses

The registration fee is binding and non-refundable. Registration for our courses is final.
In case of cancellation. If you are unable to attend the booked course, you have the option of transferring your place to the same course at a later date (subject to availability), provided you notify us in good time before the start of the course.
Cancelled course. If we, as the organizer, cancel a course, you have the right to choose between a full refund of the registration fee or attending the same course at the next opportunity.

Concerts

The purchase is binding. Tickets for concerts are non-refundable and there is no right of withdrawal (for timed events).
The ticket is not personal. You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you cannot attend. It is your responsibility to make sure that person has all the necessary information.
Cancelled or rescheduled concert. In the event of a canceled or rescheduled concert, you will be offered to keep your ticket for the new date or receive a full refund of the ticket cost (any service fee may be waived).
Minor changes to the program or participants do not entitle you to a refund.

Treatments

Booked appointment for treatment is binding.
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before) or missed visit will be charged full price.
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the treatment, subject to availability.
Cancellation is made via {contact details or booking system}.

Payment options

We offer the following payment methods:
– Klarna (Invoice, Partial payment, Direct payment)
– Swish
– Card payment (Visa, Mastercard)

Payment is made in connection with booking or ticket purchase unless otherwise stated.
For invoice payment via Klarna, Klarna’s own payment terms and agreements apply.
